How to choose the right isolation pads
Isolation pads are chosen by the base of your speaker – the width and depth of its bottom. Height doesn’t matter.
- Measure the width and depth of your speaker's base (or find your model in the list below).
- Pick the pad whose size matches your base in the chart. Driver size is a good shortcut: 3"–4.5" speakers → SMPad 4, 5"–5.5" → SMPad 5, 6.5"–8" → SMPad 8.
- A small overhang is fine: the base can extend about 1.2" past the pad in width and 1.5" in depth. If it's larger, go one size up, or choose SMPads – four separate bars that adapt to any base.

Why use speaker isolation pads?
When a speaker sits directly on a desk, shelf or stand, its vibrations travel into the surface. The furniture resonates along with the music, which muddies the bass and blurs the midrange.
Isolation pads decouple the speaker from the surface, so you hear the speaker – not your desk. The result is tighter bass and clearer mids. Raising and angling the speakers also points the tweeters at your ears, which improves stereo imaging.

Yes. They stop your speakers' vibrations from traveling into the desk or shelf, which otherwise resonates and muddies the sound. The difference is most noticeable on desks, shelves and hollow furniture: tighter bass and clearer mids.
Choose by the width and depth of your speaker's base. SMPad 4 fits 3"–4.5" speakers, SMPad 5 fits 5"–5.5" monitors and SMPad 8 fits 6.5"–8" monitors. The base may overhang the pad by about 1.2" in width and 1.5" in depth. Use the Size Finder at the top of this page to check your model.
Yes. SMPad 4, SMPad 5 and SMPad 8 come as a pair – one pad for each speaker. SMPads come as 4 bars (2 pairs), two bars under each speaker. BarPads come as 4 pads for one soundbar.
Yes. The SMPad pads include foam wedges, so you can angle your monitors toward your listening position or use the pads flat.

Needed decoupling isolation feet for my SVS Ultra Evolution center channel speaker which has a hefty weight to it. I applied four feet to the bottom of the speaker, then calibrated my system utilizing YPAO software on my receiver. The dialogue coming from the speaker is so clean and clear. Kudos Sound Addicted.
I absolutely love these! The silicone pads have the perfect height to keep items slightly lifted from the surface they’re attached to. I bought a toothbrush organizer that sits almost flat on the countertop, and I wanted a little space underneath in case water collected (thanks to toddlers playing at the sink!). Perhaps a bit premature in giving a review since I just got them, but I am confident that these will work for what I need. I have an old Bose bass speaker that is like 17 inches long. Since nothing like this is designed for a speaker that size, putting the two pads that came in the package together longways looks like it will work perfectly for my speaker to sit on. Seems like a lot less bass felt in my floor, I am hopeful my neighbors will appreciate (or at least not bother me again. : ))
This foam windscreen / pop filter is made by Sound Addicted for the HyperX SoloCast microphone. I needed a pop filter for my Rode NT1 large diaphragm condenser studio mic so I decided to give this a try. The fit was perfect. I was also pleased to find that the tone was not affected. The microphone did not sound muffled, which is something I have experienced with other similar wind screens. It really does the job and cuts down on those vocal pops and breath sounds. It looks great, almost as if it was made for the NT1. I thought the price was decent for the quality.
These foam microphone covers work exactly as expected. I got them for my karaoke machine microphones because I was experiencing some crackling, and they made the sound much better. They fit well on standard-size microphones and should stretch to fit slightly larger ones too. They’d be too big for anything smaller than standard size, but for regular mics they’re perfect. Good quality, easy to use, and a great bargain. I definitely recommend them.

This pop filter has a hole specifically designed to accommodate the mute button on top of the HyperX SoloCast podcast/voice chat microphone. We were curious if it could work for our mic locker...Our current pop filter is shorter and thicker (see images for comparison) than this Sound Addicted filter and has a hard time stretching over each mic. The Sound Addicted filter slides on all mics easily and is a little slouchy.We recorded a sound comparison between both filters for each of the mics listed below. The Sound Addicted filter wins for every mic! It blocks wind and pops just as well as our previous filter, but sounds deeper, richer, and fuller tone-wise, even on the front-facing mics. This fit my son's Blue Yeti microphone perfectly. The filter blocks sound pretty good. Great value and looks amazing.
Quality is excellent, but if you want to use it on a different mic, be aware the dimensions in the product description are external, and the way it stretches may lose more height coverage than you expect. With the way it stretched around the 2.0 inch diameter body when I tried it on my Audio Technica AT2020USB+, it only covered the top 2.42 inches.Arrived with no deformation which makes it easy to slip on and get right into use without it looking creased up or anything.
Really nice pro audio component, I got it from my 15 inch RCF speaker that weighs almost 60 pounds and it’s just perfect. Absolutely takes vibrations out of the room. High thick dense foam. Very sturdy top deck with big rubber pads to prevent sliding. Really happy with this unit.
Foam filter for microphone, specifically designed for hyperx solo cast series microphones. The foam is black in color as seen in the attached photo and it's about 3 in long. It is quite thin although based on my experience with these filters it would still probably be enough to decently filter out the pop noises when using your microphone. For the current listed price as of the time of review I would say that $5 for this is a fair price..
First off, this is a good quality urethane foam pop filter. Came in a box to prevent deformation. It is made for SIDE address microphones ONLY however, as there is a small hole in the end for getting your finger in to remove the filter if it fits tightly to the mic's headbasket / grille. I kinda like this.Works well on GENUINE Neumann mics, and GENUINE AKG mics. I'm sure it'll fit on all the cheaper, lookalike mics out there now as well. It's a bit tight fitting on a Neumann U87 , 67, or TLM mics, but I like that. If hung upside down, it won't slide off. I use pop filters, metal pop filters mostly, but occasionally I go foam filters, especially on ribbon mics to slow sharp blasts of air. The Beatles used foam on their Neumann mics, I figure it's good enough for me. Also, if ever outside in wind, foam is good if you don't have a furry "dead cat" style wind stopper. Great product if used for side address mics. Just don't buy for an SM57 or Beyer M201, or any other end address mic. Highly recommend!
This fits great over a generic speaker mic to provide some wind protection if you are communicating in a windy environment. Just use some tape to secure it in place over the base, and cut a slit in the back so the clip can stick outside the foam.
